It’s funny hearing Roman Reigns say it was, because you know, Roman grew up in a dynasty of wrestlers as well, with the Samoan dynasty. With Natalya revealing Bret Hart being the inspiration for Reigns being a pro wrestler then it definitely makes him his favorite wrestler as well.

According to the most recent Ringside News report, Roman Reigns will defend his belts on May 27, 2023 at WWE Night of Champions. The performance will be broadcast live from Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Super Dome. There is no word yet on who his opponent will be on the show.

WWE Night of Champions falls on the exact 1000-day milestone of Reigns’ current reign as world champion – a remarkable achievement that no other superstar has achieved in decades.
