The WWE is full of world-class wrestlers and they continue to wow the crowds worldwide on a regular basis. From Brock Lesnar, who is seen as one of the most dominant wrestlers on the planet to the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, the company has a lot of world-class talent. Since they put their body on the line week in and week out, it’s only fair that they are paid as their talents deserve.

In this article, we will take a look at the top 5 highest-paid wrestlers in 2023.

1. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has taken a back seat ever since he lost the WWE title to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38. He has not been involved in the title picture since then and has been embroiled in feuds with Bobby Lashley and Omos. Despite being in the periphery when it comes to in-ring action, Lesnar certainly isn’t on the periphery when it comes to his contract. Lesnar earns around $20 million a year as he is seen as one of the faces of the company.

2. John Cena

John Cena has been away from the wrestling ring for most part of last year due to his commitments in Hollywood. He has been acting in various films and is slowly making a name in Tinseltown. Even though Cena has not wrestled regularly, he still is the most recognizable face when it comes to the WWE and because of that, he currently earns around $15 million a year.

3. Roman Reigns

If there was any debate about who owned 2022, the debate should start and end with the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. Ever since becoming the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania38, Reigns has elevated his game to such an extent that some fans are arguing whether or not he is the greatest of all time. Because of his heroics, Reigns currently earns an annual salary of $12 million.

4. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins is one of the most underrated wrestlers in the world right now. For his talents, he should ideally be in the title picture and that time will come soon. Despite not being in the title picture, Rollins has gone on to have five-star matches against the likes of Cody Rhodes and Edge over the past year and it currently looks like he will take on Logan Paul at WrestleMania 39. Rollins currently earns an annual salary of $10 million which puts him in the top bracket in WWE.

5. Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre has gone from strength to strength ever since he came back to the WWE. He won the Royal Rumble and won the WWE title in 2020 and has had memorable fights with Roman Reigns and The Bloodline. He is due for one more title push in the near future and the fact that he is one of the main faces of the WWE should not be debated. McIntyre earns around $8 million a year currently as he is one of the top performers.
