Throughout the past three years, the Bloodline group has been at its most vulnerable moment. The links and alliances between the group are fraying and dangerously near to unraveling even though they now control all the gold with Roman Reigns as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and The Usos as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. The Bloodline’s storylines are anticipated to progress over the next months by fans, especially in the wake of WrestleMania. Of course, there is no knowing as to what will come of the organization, but it is entertaining to speculate about what may go down in the near future.

One wrestler with knowledge of working with world champions believes he has a plan for Roman Reigns’ hazy future. Since making a comeback in 2020, Roman Reigns has been at his best. He has always been a draw, dominating as a character, and an unbeatable wrestler. Reigns has also been viewed as a heel, or villain, and some people have begun to wonder what will happen to him after WrestleMania 39.

‘There’s so much opportunity’

“You got a whole bunch of people that are over, you got a ton of backstory.” “There’s so much opportunity as a result of The Bloodline story that I would imagine that if you sit with three or four experienced, talented people in a room, you could probably come out of that room within six or eight hours with three really good ideas.” Eric Bischoff told co-host Jon Alba.

What happens with Reigns’ narrative?

Does Reigns stay the same whether he wins or loses? Does he experience a sudden, unanticipated change in character? Or does his match at WrestleMania signal the start of a long journey that will end eventually? In WWE, any of these scenarios might occur. Eric Bischoff, though, is one individual who has his own opinion about Reigns’ future. As evidenced by his direct involvement in the Sting vs. NWO conflict, which had a year and a half to build, the Hall of Famer has direct experience dealing with brief storylines involving world champions.

The babyface status

Roman Reigns’ next plot, which ends with Reigns changing his face for the first time in years, was described by Eric Bischoff on an edition of Strictly Business. “Roman walks out of that story. He lost his family, he lost everything around him. He packs up his bags, he walks out of that arena like a man who has lost his soul.

“The camera catches just a glimpse of a tear in his eye cause he realizes for the first time he f*cked up and he goes away and makes a movie, maybe two … then it’s an uphill battle for the next twelve months, you see gradually, very gradually, painfully to himself, wins back the hearts and minds of the very people he betrayed.”
