Kane is one of the most recognisable and well-known WWE Superstars of all time. Dr. Isaac Yankem DDS was Glenn Jacobs’ WWE alias when he first entered the ring in 1995. A schizophrenic dentist who worked for Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, who was feuding with Bret Hart at the time. Following the departure of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, who had crossed ship to rival company WCW, he became known as “Fake Diesel” in April of 1996.
Kane didn’t arrive on the scene until 1997. It all started when Paul Bearer informed The Undertaker that his brother was still alive. Kane is on his way. Kane intervened in the first ever Hell In A Cell Match at Badd Blood: In Your House 1997. With easily, he ripped through the cage door and stood at the same height as his powerful brother, establishing a legacy that would last forever. This list will begin with a tremendously entertaining match that is unquestionably one of Kane’s best on The Grandest Stage Of Them All. When they were both at the top of their game, the monster faced off against Kurt Angle. At this point, each guy had plenty of in-ring work to provide, and the match was a lot of fun and athletic. The huge man proved he could go toe-to-toe with a master wrestler and more than hold his own in this match. It’s a fantastic match, and one of Kane’s greatest in terms of demonstrating his wrestling prowess rather than just his demeanour.
Throughout his career, Kane has participated in several Money in the Bank ladder bouts, winning the briefcase in 2010. The finest of those matches he has been a part of occurred at WrestleMania 21. This was the first-ever Money in the Bank match, and its novelty surely contributed to its effect. It was an event that no one will ever forget, with some incredible stories unfolding during the match. It wasn’t simply about massive bumps like some ladder battles may be, but there was a thread running through the entire match. It was a fantastic match, and Kane played a key role in it, making it one of his greatest.
You have to go all the way back to Kane’s debut on the Showcase of the Immortals to find his finest WrestleMania match. This was The Undertaker‘s epic match, which is still remembered as one of the most famous WrestleMania battles of all time. This was the first time the two guys had fought in a singles combat, and there was something quite remarkable about the whole event. This was stuff that couldn’t be duplicated, from the setup of the plot to how powerful both guys were. Thankfully, the bout itself stayed true to the storyline. Neither guy was able to dominate, but even though ‘Taker won, Kane nevertheless came out looking tremendously strong.
