Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler may start a reign as Women’s Tag Team Champions after this year’s Showcase of the Immortals, despite the fact that it very much seems like Ronda Rousey won’t be competing in a single match at WWE WrestleMania 39.

According to WrestlingNews.co, Rousey, and Baszler will be competing for the Women’s Tag Team Championship “through the spring and summer.” This is the prevailing perception within WWE. According to a WWE insider who spoke to the source, Ronda is pressing for a run at the Tag Team Titles, and Rousey typically gets what she wants.

The current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions are Becky Lynch and Lita, who won the title on this week’s Raw by defeating Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Dakota Kai.

Many have conjectured that Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, two former UFC stars, may end up competing in the Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 39 due to the recent attention given to them as a tag team. Others have even speculated that this may wind up being a triple-threat match that also includes SKY and Kai, allowing Bayley to play with Trish Stratus in a singles match.

Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch

Many initially believed that this year’s ‘Mania would finally provide fans with the Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch singles bout they had been wanting to see back at WrestleMania 35. Rousey and Baszler compete for the Tag Team Titles at the Grandest stage of them all. It would at least allow for some interaction between the Baddest Woman on the Planet and the Man, even though it seems to be off the table.

Rousey In Talks To Play Thundra In Captain America: New World Order

She’s been in the WWE, and the UFC, and now she could be joining the MCU. Wrestler, MMA fighter, and actress Ronda Rousey are in talks to play the super-strong warrior Thundra in Captain America: New World Order, according to our reliable sources. We don’t know precisely how her character plays into things in the sequel because there aren’t many details yet, but we have some ideas.

Ronda Rousey is a fantastic candidate for the role of Thundra. Thundra has battled the Fantastic Four’s rocky-skinned The Thing on many occasions, in addition to holding her own against the Hulk in Raging Thunder. “Rowdy” Rousey, who is buff and tough to beat, is a near-perfect option to play a woman who can battle toe-to-toe with Marvel’s toughest.

While she hasn’t had the same level of success on the big screen as male contemporaries like Dwayne Johnson and John Cena, Ronda Rousey has already left her mark. She’s been in Entourage, the 2019 Charlie’s Angels remake, 9-1-1, and most notably, as Kara in 2015’s Furious 7.
