Drew McIntyre vs Brock Lesnar was a match that many fans were eagerly waiting for. Drew earned his shot at Lesnar after winning the Royal Rumble in 2020. The seeds were sown once McIntyre eliminated Brock from that match and the reaction from the crowd was amazing. Lesnar for his part complimented Drew perfectly whenever they encountered each other and it just allowed for a truly special storyline that created a brand new main event star.
This feud put McIntyre firmly in the picture as a top draw main event star. Their WrestleMania match took place in an empty arena, so expect another match between the pair soon now that the fans are back.

McIntyre took on Roman Reigns soon after the latter’s battle with Leukemia. This was McIntyre’s first-ever singles match at WrestleMania and it was a great success as it resulted in Drew becoming a big deal.

Drew McIntyre’s rivalry with Bobby Lashley was one of the best ever in his career. The two men had an intense match at Backlash that propelled this rivalry to a whole new level. The All-Mighty had MVP in his corner and that added to the tension.
Although McIntryre won the match, their rivalry was an engaging one and not only helped establish him as a top champion, but it brought Bobby Lashley to a totally new level.
