Los Angeles FC will be desperate to get back to winning ways in the Major League Soccer when they host San Jose Earthquakes at BMO Stadium on Saturday night. Both sides played against Los Angeles Galaxy in their last outings, with the hosts losing 2-1 on Tuesday, while Quakes earned a 2-2 draw a week ago. After the defeat, LAFC have dropped to the third spot in the Western Conference standings, having collected 32 points from 20 games, three points adrift of leaders St. Louis City. The visitors, meanwhile, have played a game more than the Falcons, and are sitting at the sixth position, with 28 points to their name.

Meanwhile, Luchi Gonzalez’s men possess the second-worst away-record in the Western Conference, having recorded one win, three draws and six losses on their travels this season.
