WWE RAW results: Reigns celebrates his WrestleMania win, Cody vows to win the big one and Veer Mahan debuts

One night removed from one of the best WrestleMania’s in recent memory, RAW sprang up a few surprises and some intriguing plots to kickstart the new wrestling season.

The RAW after WrestleMania is one of the most anticipated shows of the year and today’s show did not disappoint. One night removed from one of the best WrestleMania’s in recent memory, RAW sprang up a few surprises and some intriguing plots to kickstart the new wrestling season. We take a look at what happened below.

RAW results in detail

Cody Rhodes came out first to a thunderous ovation. After a very emotional promo, in which he spoke about his late great father and legend, “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, Cody vowed to win a world championship in WWE something that his father couldn’t achieve. He was interrupted by none other than his WrestleMania opponent, Seth Rollins who shook his hand and welcomed him back.

Sasha Banks & Naomi defeated Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan by pinfall after hitting Morgan with a facebuster. Later in the show, Ripley told Morgan that she convinced WWE officials to give them a title shot next week.

Kevin Owens was interrupted by Elias who returned as Ezekiel, Elias’ little brother. Owens laughed him off before leaving the ring.

The Miz defeated Dominik Mysterio with a Skull-Crushing Finale. Veer Mahan made his music anticipated return and attacked both Dominik and Rey.

Bianca Belair celebrated his WrestleMania title win against Becky Lynch and said she was ready to defend against anyone and everyone now that she was back on top.

Bron Breakker defeated Dolph Ziggler via pinfall to win the NXT title. He gave a military press powerslam to Dolph and fought off interference from Robert Roode to regain the NXT title.

Next, MVP turned on Bobby Lashey by attacking him from behind and teamed up with Omos in the process.

Carmella was attacked by Queen Zelina after blaming Carmella for their loss at WrestleMania.

Austin Theory & The Usos defeated RK-Bro & Finn Balor via pinfall.

Edge and Damian Priest came out and explained their new alliance. Priest said that Edge’s recent promos felt like he was speaking to him. AJ Styles ran to the ring and attacked Priest but was eventually taken out by Edge and Priest. 

The Street Profits defeated Alpha Academy in a Texas tornado tag match. The finish came when Montez Ford put Chad Gable through a table with a frog splash.

Lastly, Roman Reigns came out with Paul Heyman and the Usos. Heyman then spoke about how great Roman’s last year was and pointed out all his accomplishments. Reigns then vowed that he would not rest on his laurels of beating Brock Lesnar and would show up on SmackDown to talk about what’s next.
