Despite the horrific injury, Big E was in good spirits as he took to Twitter to give the fans a brief update on the situation.
Former WWE champion Big E suffered a broken neck on SmakDown last week and we have seen an outpouring of love and support from fans all over the world.
Despite the horrific injury, Big E was in good spirits as he took to Twitter to give the fans a brief update on the situation. He said, “I’m just here to provide a brief life update. Right now, I’m walking around in my neighbourhood. It’s about 80 degrees. Not a cloud in the sky. [I’m] wearing this matching… Street Fighter inspired fit… And life is good. I’ve got breath in my lungs. It’s a beautiful day. Got my little taco meat out. That’s a little chest hair, that’s what we call it, a little taco meat. So that’s my life. That’s what’s going on in my life. My neck might be broken, but my heart is still in there, I think. Yeah, it’s in there.”

Meanwhile, the leader of the Alpha Academy, Chad Gable appeared on this week’s WWE The Bump and spoke about a lot of things including Big E’s injury. The former RAW Tag Team Champion mentioned that he didn’t find it surprising to see Big E be so positive as he is one of the most cheerful guys in the locker room.
“I’m not surprised that his attitude is still so positive because it’s almost what you expect from him, that’s how he is. As much as an incredible athlete and a performer and wrestler that he is, the impact he has had, especially on me as an individual and as a human being, is unbelievable,” said Gable. “Some guys are able to just exude professionalism and good characteristics as human beings just by watching them conduct and carry themselves and he is the epitome of that. I have nothing but respect for that man.”
