WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2022 induction is likely to be a digital ceremony scheduled for April 1 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas as part of WrestleMania Week. WWE legend The Undertaker will be the major attraction in the ceremony while Big Van Vader has been named as the second inductee for WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2022. However, multiple media reports, claim that the induction will be such big ceremony that WWE is considering few digital inductions as well.

It will be a fitting gesture for WWE’s longest surviving superstar who made his debut at Survivor Series in 1990 and brought down the curtains on his career in November 2020, after 30 years.

“One thing I’ve heard also [is] because The Undertaker’s Hall Of Fame thing is gonna be so big – they’re only doing the 90-minute window because they’re doing the show from 10.30 to midnight Eastern, 9.30 til 11 local time because of the lateness and everything like that,” Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Meltzer added:“I’ve heard they may announce this class but some of the people it’ll happen but it will be like digital inductions in some of the cases opposed to the usual number of 8 I think it is.”

The Undertaker’s rise in WWE

The Undertaker’s career saw him become the World Champion for seven times after clinching the maiden belt following his win over Hulk Hogan at the Survivor Series in 1991. The Casket, Buried, Alive and Inferno will always remain a part of his legacy.

The Undertaker was also known for his entrance which literally gave goosebumps to his fans and followers. It evolved from time to time as his legacy continued to grow in the company which helped him develop a unique character in the company.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon announced at The Pat McAfee Show that he will induct The Undertaker into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2022 on Friday, April 1. The decision also makes perfect sense as The Undertaker had developed a close relationship with McMahon over the years.

The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place Friday, April 1, at American Airlines Center in Dallas as part of WrestleMania Week, WWE confirmed. The event will stream live exclusively on Peacock in the U.S. and WWE Network everywhere else.

In addition, for the first time in history, WWE will present both Friday Night SmackDown and the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony live on the same night at American Airlines Center, giving all fans in attendance an unprecedented opportunity to witness both events for one price.
