Over the last year, Sami Zayn and The Bloodline have been portrayed as WWE’s most significant group and narrative, with many applauding the story’s numerous layers and the character development of those involved. The Undertaker, the WWE Hall of Famer who was a part of numerous big tales during his 30-year WWE career, gave his opinions on the Bloodline angle and lauded the former “Honorary Uce.”
“The Bloodline story is just phenomenal,” Undertaker said appearing on “SPORTSNET.” “I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Sami Zayn and the job he’s done in that story. But that Bloodline and Sami Zayn story is so compelling. It’s so well done. It’s what we do, that’s what we do at our best. We story-tell and I think that whole thing has been done, I mean, just the layers of how it started, you know, and bringing The Usos into it and the uncertainty there, and bringing everything together where it’s just a well-oiled machine till you can see the wheels loosening up and about to come off, and then the thing with Sami. It’s really been well done.”
Zayn was a member of The Bloodline for several months, including assisting them in winning the main event of Survivor Series: WarGames. However, during the Royal Rumble, Zayn had had enough of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns’ persistent manipulation and attacks on Zayn’s closest buddy Kevin Owens, turning on the “Tribal Chief” by nailing him with a chair. Following his turn on the ensuing “WWE SmackDown,” Zayn and Reigns will square off on February 18 at Elimination Chamber in Zayn’s hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

WWE Hall of Fame member During Sunday’s Super Bowl LVII broadcast, The Undertaker was featured in a DraftKings advertisement. In the DraftKings commercial, Undertaker appeared with extreme sports superstar Tony Hawk, Baseball Hall of Famer David Ortiz, and Kevin Hart, among other sports and entertainment figures.

The Undertaker most recently debuted for WWE on Raw’s 30th Anniversary edition on January 23, when he was involved in an angle with LA Knight and Bray Wyatt ahead of the Wyatt vs. Knight Mountain Dew Pitch Black bout at the Royal Rumble on January 28. Hart and The Undertaker have already collaborated, with ‘Taker appearing on Hart’s “Cold as Balls” in 2022.
The Grandest Stage has hosted some of The Undertaker’s most memorable matches and moments. Despite his retirement, the 57-year-old remains a well-loved and revered figure. WWE announced Friday morning that The Undertaker would perform his “1 deadMAN performance” live at The Novo in L.A. on Friday, March 31, the day before WrestleMania at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.
On the show, he is anticipated to tell memories from his ring career and answer audience questions. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at axs.com. In his 30-year tenure with the Stamford-based business, Taker wrestled in 27 WrestleMania contests. His most recent encounter was during the epidemic at WrestleMania 36, when he defeated AJ Styles in a thrilling Boneyard match.
