Ken Shamrock debuted in WWE in the Attitude Era. He was a force to be reckoned with. If it wasn’t for the storyline, Ken Shamrock may have dominated the whole WWF roster and even the likes of the best in business were nothing compared to the talented Shamrock. Following his transition from his MMA career, Shamrock was just amazing in the ring. It didn’t even feel like the man came from an Octagon to step into the ring. The man was just a natural and had got all the talent in the world. Ken Shamrock was a man who entertained the crowd insanely. He was able to connect with the crowd and go all-out. He wasn’t called “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” for a reason. So, here we look back at his greatest rivalries and matches in WWE.
If Ken Shamrock’s feud with Shawn Michaels had lasted more than a month, it may have been significantly more memorable. Only a few weeks after the Montreal Screwjob, WWE put Shamrock in a WWE Championship battle against Michaels. Shamrock held his own and appeared to be a legitimate danger to the company’s top heel. WWE called their one match a DQ and never scheduled a rematch since Michaels was involved in other feuds. Shamrock done enough to make his brief collaboration with HBK a success.

Other wrestlers with actual combat histories were hired by WWE, with the majority of them having feuds with Ken Shamrock. Blackman was one of the team’s fiercest wrestlers, capable of holding his own against anyone. The matches between Shamrock and Blackman always had a genuine battle aspect to them, making viewers forget that wrestling was a staged event. When things became violent, Blackman was undoubtedly the finest wrestler who had a real right to confront Shamrock.
When both guys were striving to advance up the card, Ken Shamrock’s biggest rivalry in wrestling was with The Rock. When Shamrock was emerging as a popular face, Rock became a strong heel after joining The Nation of Domination. The brutal matches between Rock and Shamrock were usually successful. Shamrock won the 1998 King of the Ring tournament over Rock, and the feud even produced a WrestleMania showdown. Rock was so taken with working with Shamrock that he volunteered to make a Hall of Fame induction video for his old Impact Wrestling opponent.
