The 2023 Women’s European Volleyball League is the 14th edition of the annual Women’s European Volleyball League. It will feature women’s national volleyball teams from 17 European countries. However, there won’t be any organizers for the final four tournaments of the Golden League. This has resulted in the final phase being slotted into a single match that will feature the semi-finals and finals. This means that there will be no quarter-finals.
In the league table of pool B, after the completion of six rounds, Slovakia is in the third position with 3 points with 1 win and 2 losses. On the other hand, Romania is in the third position though share the same points and win-and-loss strategy. A head-to-head streak of both the teams combined for the last 10 games is 143. Individual game points are 144 for Slovakia and 164 for Romania. On the next encounter, both the teams will be blaring to go at it having poised at the same position in the league table.

The tournament has two divisions: the Golden League and the Silver League. The golden league featured nine teams while the Silver League featured eight teams. There are three pools in the Golden League while there are two pools in the Silver League. Teams were seeded following the Serpentine system according to their European Ranking for national teams as of January 2023. It will be the 33rd edition of the Women’s European Volleyball Championship. This tournament is organised by Europe’s governing volleyball body. It will be the third consecutive time that the European tournament will be hosted across the continent.
The Women’s EuroVolley will be held in four countries: Belgium, Italy, Germany and Estonia. The top 2 teams from each of the pools will be heading to the final round of the Silver European League. In the semi-finals, the first-ranked team from Pool A will be fighting against the second-ranked team from Pool B. Likewise in the second semi-finals, the second-ranked team of Pool A will be pitted against the first-ranked from Pool B.

The 2023 Golden European League will commence on May 27 and end on June 25.
