Udinese began their new league campaign with a 4-2 defeat at AC Milan, but then got their acts togethers to register two wins from the next three outings. In their recent match against Fiorentina, Beto’s 17th-minute goal was enough to separate the two sides and secure all three points for the Little Zebras. Prior to that, the White and Blacks came from behind to beat Monza 2-1. Beto canceled out Andrea Colpani’s opener before Destiny Udogie netted the winner, thirteen minutes from time.
Roma, on the other hand, are undefeated so far, having recorded three wins and one draw. The Little Cubs kicked off their campaign with two 1-0 victories against Salernitana and Cremonese before playing out a 1-1 draw at Juventus. And then, in their recent game against the newly promoted Monza, summer-signing Paulo Dybala netted a brace before Robert Ibanez completed the drubbing with the third of the night at the stadio Olimpico. After the game against Udinese, Jose Mourinho’s side will kick off their Europa League campaign away to Ludogorets on Thursday.
