The ongoing transfer window has been a source of excitement, thrills, and surprises for football enthusiasts. Numerous exciting rumours are already in air, and fans eagerly anticipate more exhilarating news as clubs strenghten up their squads. One such thrilling update arrived when it was reported that Tottenham is trying to get Edmond Tapsoba in their defense, alongside other potential players.

Another noteworthy development, Romelu Lukaku reportedly declined an enticing offer to move to Saudi Arabia, indicating his preference to continue his career in Europe. This decision goes against the recent trend of players opting for the Saudi Pro League. It is worth mentioning that Lukaku still has three years remaining on his contract with Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Liverpool is reportedly on the verge of securing the signing of Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich, emerging as frontrunners ahead of Manchester United’s interest. Gravenberch, who joined Bayern from Ajax last year, endured a frustrating debut season with limited opportunities in the starting lineup. The extent of Liverpool’s interest in Gravenberch is reportedly more advanced compared to that of United’s. The player himself has stated that any updates regarding his future will be announced after the conclusion of the Under-21 European Championships, scheduled for early July.

Christopher Nkunku joins Chelsea

Chelsea has officially announced the signing of RB Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku, confirming a long-term agreement that had been finalized several months ago. The Frenchman has signed a six-year contract with the Blues, with the club understood to have met his £52 million release clause. Nkunku had an impressive season at RB Leipzig, contributing 16 goals and six assists in 25 league games. While the move will be completed on July 1, Nkunku is set to become an official Chelsea player and join the team at Stamford Bridge.

PSG looking at Bernardo Silva

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is reportedly making significant efforts to secure the signing of Bernardo Silva. With the departure of Lionel Messi, the French club is allegedly seeking a suitable replacement, and the club’s management considers Manchester City’s Silva to be the perfect choice. Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano tweeted that Silva has no intention of moving to Saudi Arabia, and Manchester City is not willing to offer any discounts to PSG. If PSG wants to acquire the UEFA Champions League winner, they will need to make a substantial financial investment.

Manchester United closing in on Rasmus Hojlund

Manchester United, facing the unlikelihood of signing Harry Kane or Victor Osimhen, is now reportedly monitoring Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund as they seek to address their striker concerns following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure from Old Trafford. The Red Devils have allegedly engaged in discussions with Atalanta and are aware of the Italian club’s £40 million ($50m) asking price for the player, as per reports. United is closely observing the situation, considering Hojlund as a potential solution to their striking needs.
