Seattle took an early lead through Jordan Morris inside the opening 3 minutes before Mason Toye’s goals in the 18th and 63rd minute helped Montreal to take all three points. It was the Raven Green’s first defeat in their last five games, while three games in that period were victories. Keeping aside the Montreal loss, Brian Schmetzer’s side have been in brilliant form, registering dominant wins against Vancuover (4-0) and Sporting KC (3-0), while playing out a 1-1 draw against Los Angeles FC and edging past Charlotte FC (2-1).
