Real Madrid came from behind to get the better of Getafe last time out thanks to Joselu’s equaliser two minutes into the second-half and Jude Bellingham’s dramatic winner in the 95th-minute. Los Blanacos have now won their opening four top tier games, scoring eight goals and conceding just two in the period. Although, Carlo Ancelotti’s men have not be at their fluent best, they have managed to secure the results, thanks to the world class players in their ranks. Bellingham, who joined the team this summer, has been the star of the show so far, scoring five goals in his first four appearances. The Vikings are bidding to regain the La Liga crown from Barcelona this season, while they will begin their Champions League-group stage campaign next week with a home game against Union Berlin.
Real Sociedad, on the other hand, have made an undefeated start to the new campaign, but recorded just one win from their opening four league-games, drawing the remaining three. After three successive draws in their opening three fixtures, the White and Blues got their first success against Granada last time out thanks to Takefusa Kubo’s first-half double, one goal each from Martin Zubimendi and Ander Barrenetxea in the second-half, and Miki Bosch’s 76th-minute own goal. Meanwhile, the Real Sociedad’s last encounter against Real Madrid ended in a 2-0 victory back in May last season and they will be hoping to get a result at Bernabeu this time around.
