Rojiblancos La are currently languishing at the bottom of the Spanish top flight standings, having collected just two points from their opening seven league games, while the visitors are sitting one place above the home side, separated by two points and just a solitary point adrift of safety.

Meanwhile, Rojiblancos La have lost three of their last four, including a 5-1 thrashing at Sevilla last time out. Vicento Moreno’s side conceded four goals inside the opening 50 minutes courtesy of efforts from Youssef En Nesyri, Dodi Lukebakio, Suso and Erik Lamela, before netting a consolation goal through Luis Suarez’s 71st-minute penalty, but Kike Salas’ 92nd-strike restored the home sides four goal cushion and completed the drubbing. Almeria have now conceded 18 goals in the top flight this term, which is a concern at this stage.
Granada, on the other hand, shared the spoils against Betis last time out thanks to Lucas Boye’s 67th-minute equaliser. The result ended Nazaries’ three-game losing streak against Real Sociedad, Girona and Las Palmas. Last season’s Segunda Division champions have now conceded 18 goals in the Spanish top flight this term, meaning this will be an encounter of the worst two defensive sides in the division so far. Meanwhile, Paco Lopez’s side have won just one La Liga match this season and that victory came against Mallorca in a five goal-thriller towards the end of August thanks to one goal each from Miguel Angel, Bryan Martinez and Myrto uzuni.
