Accrington Stanely will welcome Doncaster Rovers for their FA Cup first round replay at Wahm Stadium on Tuesday night. The initial cup meeting at Eco Power Stadium on November 4 ended in a 2-2 draw. Doncaster opened the scoring through Kevin Mellor’s 8th-minute own goal before Accrington fought back to level the score thanks to Shaun Walley’s 74th-minute effort. Harrison Biggins restored the Rovers’ advantage nine minutes from time, but Seamus Conneely’s 84th-minute strike made the score 2-2.

Accrington are heading into the match on the back of a 3-1 League Two defeat away to Crawly on Saturday. The ‘Owd Reds suffered their seventh league-defeat of the season at Broadfield Stadium despite taking an early lead through Jack Nolan’s 2nd-minute opener. The result extended their winless run to three games across all competitions, losing two matches in the period. Their last success came against AFC Wimbledon (4-2) on October 24 courtesy of Joe Pritchard’s brace and one goal each from Tommy Leigh and Bradley Hills. On Tuesday, the visitors will be looking to claim their first triumph at Wham Stadium, having lost all of their previous four competitive away meetings with Accrington.
