The Meeting Hauts-de-France Pas-de-Calais is slated to take place on February 15, 2023, at the Arena Stade Couvert in Liévin, France. Formerly Meeting Pas de Calais, the event is popularly called Meeting International de Liévin and usually takes place in the month of February. The 2023 edition of the event will feature many top-level athletes including Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Mondo Duplantis, Marcell Jacobs, Femke Bol, Karsten Warholm, Gudaf Tsegay, Katie Moon, and Keely Hodgkinson.
It is one of the World Athletics Indoor Tour events organized by World Athletics and has been designated as a gold meeting in 2023. The inaugural meeting took place in 1988, two years after the Arena Stade Couvert de Liévin was built to host the 1987 European Athletics Indoor Championships. The meeting was conducted annually starting in 1988 and continued through 2007 and then again from 2009 to 2012. The 2013 meeting was postponed due to work delays and technical issues. In 2018, the event was rescheduled as an EA Indoor Permit Meeting. The meeting became a World Athletics Indoor Tour event beginning in 2020.
