The chairman, Vince McMahon, has called Seth Rollins to his office for a Monday morning meeting. Seth responded with his typical laughing merely typed out, in response to a copy of a text message supposedly issued by the WWE Chairman directing him to show up at corporate headquarters at 9 a.m. Monday.

This sparked a strange debate, with WWE executive Adam Pearce pressing Rollins to discuss the situation in Kitchener, Ontario, where the company was holding a live event on Saturday night. In response, Rollins tweeted “LETS,” but WWE personality Matt Camp exchanged a few tweets with Pearce, followed by a few GIFs.

Rollins has been at odds with Pearce and Sonya Deville recently as he tries to secure a spot on the WrestleMania 38 programme. After losing a Raw Tag Team Championship bout a few weeks earlier, he and Kevin Owens attempted but failed to take over KO’s role hosting a chat show with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. He tried unsuccessfully last week to snag AJ Styles’ Mania battle against Edge. Throughout the process, he has poured his frustrations on Pearce and Deville.

The plot twist of Vince summoning Seth to his office is intriguing, especially considering Rollins is rumoured to be battling Cody Rhodes at Mania. McMahon might be alerting Seth that he’ll be facing a returning Rhodes at Mania to keep him at bay, as Rollins declared on Raw last Monday that he was going to shut everything down until he got what he wanted.

Will Seth Rollins main event Wrestlemania 38?

In his quest to be a part of WrestleMania 38, Seth Rollins has been very much over WWE. He feels he is deserving of a chance to shine on The Grandest Stage of Them All, but he has yet to be given that chance.

Rollins had hoped to capture the RAW Tag Team Championships with Kevin Owens and secure a spot at WrestleMania, but his hopes were dashed as RK-Bro recovered the championships.

After that, he went up against Kevin Owens in an attempt to replace him as presenter of the WrestleMania segment featuring ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. He did, however, lose in the last battle. Finally, he tried to replace AJ Styles in his dream bout against Edge this week, but failed once more.

Seth’s encounter with the business will undoubtedly have a significant impact on his near future. As we approach the last week before ‘Mania, it remains to be seen just what that future comprises.
