Booker T’s Uncomfortable Experience

In an open admission on the “Hall Of Fame” podcast, Booker T explores his unease during the inaugural Elimination Chamber. Booker T, a seasoned wrestler, acknowledges that he didn’t feel comfortable in the match and refers to the format as a “monstrosity.” He remembers feeling uneasy before the fight sensing that Triple H would be hurt. This premonition unfortunately came true when RVD’s Frog Splash struck Triple H’s neck seriously injuring it.

Booker T admits that the Elimination Chamber has changed over time and that he could feel more comfortable with the updated design. Even though the initial meeting was unsettling, he understands its historical significance. Despite the early pain, the match is remembered as one of the pivotal events in Booker T’s legendary wrestling career.
