On the most recent RAW episode, Tommaso Ciampa made a triumphant comeback to take on The Miz’s open challenge. The A-Lister issued an open challenge while claiming to be prepared to respond to Seth Rollins’. The former NXT Champion grinned as he approached the ring as his old music began to play. The Miz was grinning as well when Ciampa punched him in the face. Why was Ciampa out of action for nine months when he got back on RAW?
Blackheart had to have hip surgery as his relationship with The Miz was still developing. Ciampa needed over a year of recovery and rehabilitation because the injured joint was crucial to his body. He wasn’t selected in the 2023 WWE Draught, but he’s back on RAW now. After making his successful comeback, where will The Blackheart go? Given that the two were friends before the hip operation, The Miz is probably not going to let this slide. Whatever happens to Tommaso Ciampa, RAW now has a future champion and another strong worker.
After leading NXT for several years, the former NXT Champion entered the main roster last year.
