Twitter reacts as Unified WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship is won by Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler 

Rousey and Baszler won a Fatal 4 Way to win the championships, starting their first reign as the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

Rousey and Baszler defeated Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre on tonight’s episode of SmackDown unifying the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with the WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles. Rousey put Dawn under an arm bar, while Baszler put Fyre under the Kirifuda Clutch to close the bout. Dawn and Fyre, who were selected by SmackDown in the WWE Draught, won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 1 to start their first reign. 

For 83 officially recognised days, they kept the straps. Rousey and Baszler won a Fatal 4 Way to win the vacant championships on the May 29 RAW, starting their first reign as the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Before tonight’s union, they held the straps for 24 officially recognised days. Following tonight’s contest, Liv Morgan made her injury comeback and walked in the ring alongside Raquel Rodriguez to declare their desire to challenge for the crown they had never lost.
