During the first match of tonight’s USA Network programme of WWE NXT, a near-unmasking occurred. After forming a partnership recently, SCYRPTS came out to watch Axiom take against Mustafa Ali in the first match of the evening together with Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. Ali and Axiom put in an excellent match, but the extra ringside observers didn’t actually get involved; instead, a swerve came near the end of the match for a totally different reason. Axiom prioritized holding onto and re-securing his mask rather than maintaining balance up top when Mustafa Ali nearly took it off during the match’s final sequence while he was on the top rope.
The Light had to use deceit to win the hard-fought battle between Mustafa Ali and Axiom. He took off The Superhero’s mask, threw him to the ground, then returned to the ring with a 450 splash to win. Axiom and Ali excelled in the opener even without a compelling tale. Fortunately, Scrypts stayed out of it completely, allowing the two to sell their work in the ring. Ali has done a tremendous job of portraying himself as a veteran who isn’t scared to cut corners without alienating his supporters.

Even after using a cheap shot to win, he is one of the most well-liked stars in front of this NXT audience. He’ll perform admirably as the following contender for the North American Championship. He has often demonstrated that he can perform when given the spotlight. Axiom does the same, but he must put his present feud behind him before pursuing gold.
After the bout, Mustafa Ali made a microphone-free promo in which he announced that he was launching a campaign to succeed Dominik Mysterio as the new North American Champion and that the winner of tonight’s title fight between Dragon Lee and Mysterio was who he wanted to face next. Regarding Axiom, there have been numerous hints on NXT TV that we are all aware that the man behind the mask is A-Kid from his stint in NXT UK.
