Welsh professional wrestler Adrian Street has passed away. According to his wife and former wrestling manager Miss Linda, the legendary professional wrestler passed away suddenly at the age of 82 as a result of complications from a stroke. According to a report from Wrestling Heritage, Adrian Street’s long career in wrestling began in August 1957. He competed in his final match in November 2010, making his career in wrestling more than 53 years long.

The Flamboyant Persona

Adrian Street moved to North America in the early 1980s; he had not always lived there. He adopted a flashy reputation in the U.K. before establishing a lavish lifestyle here, mostly influenced by wrestling giants “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers and “Gorgeous” George. His enormous success also helped “glam rock” fashion become more famous in the 1970s.

Not Just a Wrestler

In addition to being a wrestler, he has also worked with his wife as a writer, actor, singer, trainer, and costume designer. Adrian Street led a fascinating and enjoyable life. They spent a lot of time in Florida, but in more recent years they have moved back to their native Wales. For many prospective and seasoned wrestlers alike, Adrian Street served as an inspiration. He pioneered the way for wrestlers in the future to have a flashier approach.
