Featuring the powerhouse duo of MVP and Bobby Lashley, The Hurt Business etched its name into wrestling history. And now though Roman Reigns’ Bloodline reigns supreme during a recent interview with WrestlingNewsCo., Lashley paused to reminisce about the days of The Hurt Business.

The Hurt Business is particularly close to Lashley’s heart for its camaraderie and unity. He was very excited to talk about the difficulties they felt pointing out that this was a matter of bringing together an impressive faction.

Additional factors made the era of The Hurt Business all the more remarkable, in particular, that it arrived during COVID-19. The Hurt Business’ role again and Lashley points out the tough times that everyone went through back then.

However, the reality remains that although The Hurt Business was so clearly a winner, there is still in some small measure left unfulfilled because they never got the chance to open against live ears. The stable disbanded the day before WrestleMania 37, leaving fans to speculate as to what might have been. The lack of that glorious moment in front of a cheering crowd is bittersweet on the Hurt Business’ legacy.

Since they disbanded, teasing suggestions of a reunion have intrigued fans but so far there is no substance to any such rumors. Many other ex-members have openly expressed their wish for a reunion, yet due to the unpredictable nature of the wrestling landscape there is no telling what will come next.

Lashley’s recent teaming with Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins from the Street Profits is not a heads-up that Hurt Business 2.0 is on its way. But though fans might hope for a reunion, Montez Ford explained that their alliance with Lashley doesn’t suggest the return of The Hurt Business.

Since his return as a dominant figure in WWE to managing and guiding young lads like Montez and Dawkins. It has been a fruitful journey for the former WWE champion Bobby Lashley. We might see The Hurt Business 2.0 with Dawkins and Montez soon or not. So stay tuned for more information about The Hurt Business and Bobby Lashley.
