For “WWE NXT’s” Great American Bash, Roxanne Perez and Blair Davenport have formally joined the stellar lineup. A savage rivalry between Davenport and Perez has been sparked ever since Davenport was identified as the cloaked figure behind the multiple unexpected attacks on the “NXT” women’s division. The two are now scheduled to square off at the “NXT” Great American Bash on July 30, continuing their grudge.
Perez and Davenport took part in a joint sit-down interview with “NXT” commentators Vic Joseph and Booker T on the episode of “NXT” that aired on Tuesday. Davenport rejected Perez’s claim that she had posted a video of her and Booker’s private pre-game discussion. Perez was then mocked by Davenport, who warned her that the “NXT” women’s section was designed for adults rather than “little girls” like Perez. Former “NXT” Women’s Champion Perez reacted angrily, saying she was sick of being singled out. But Perez was determined to turn this annoyance into drive.

Davenport retaliated by asserting that Perez didn’t have confidence in herself. Perez argued that he belonged in “NXT,” but Davenport said he didn’t, leading “The Prodigy” to leave the set. Additionally, WWE announced the rematch between Davenport and Perez during this part of the show. Perez was previously defeated by Davenport on the “NXT” show from July 4. WWE also revealed that Tiffany Stratton will take on her “NXT” Women’s Championship over Thea Hail in a submission match at The Great American Bash in Cedar Park, Texas, in addition to Perez vs. Davenport.
