The 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League will be the fifth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League. It is an annual men’s international volleyball tournament. The competition will be held during the months of June and July. The final round will take place in Ergo Arena, Gdańsk, Poland. However, the entire format and the final roster of the countries taking part remain the same. However, there are some minor changes to the final list of participants. Following the results of the 2022 Nations League and 2022 Challenger Cup, Australia were replaced by debutants Cuba in this edition.

Thursday will see Japan lock horns against Brazil. The Japanese team pearches at the top position on the table. On the other hand, Brazil has been able to finally move a place from its fifth position to the fourth position. Japan and Brazil faced in last year’s FIVB World Championships held after the Nations League. In the previous encounter, the Brazilian side thrashed the Japanese team by 3-0. However, things have changed a lot and the Brazilians this time will look to improve their standings. Japan on the other hand will look to continue their winning streak from Round 1. They have already started their round 2 with a win and will look to continue that. Round 1 of the tournament ended on Monday 12th of June. While round 2 begins on the 20th of June and continues till the 25th of June.
