The fifth season of the FIVB Men’s Nations League for Volleyball began on June 6, 2023, and is scheduled to end on July 23, 2023. The final round of the FIVB Men’s Nations League for volleyball in 2023 will take place at the Ergo Arena in Gdask, Poland. Poland has already secured a spot in the knockout round due to its role as the final-stage host. For a chance to advance to the knockout, the remaining fifteen teams will compete for spots in the top eight.
In the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League 2023, Japan finished Week 1 with a perfect record of four victories in four games, moving them to the top of the standings. In their first four games, the USA, Argentina, Slovenia, Brazil, and the host country Poland all recorded three victories. All competing teams have accrued points, and each participating country has secured at least one victory. The 16 participating teams will be ready to make an impact as Week 2 is about to start to secure a top finish.
Germany and Poland will face off on June 21, 2023, in the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League. In this game, two powerful teams will square off. Poland is ranked first, while Germany is ranked 35th worldwide. Poland finished third overall and Germany finished 12th in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Nations League 2022. This time, the top spot in the standings is what both teams are aiming for.
