Jin Young Ko, hailing from South Korea, is one of the brightest stars in the golfing world. Before reaching the age of 23, she won the LPGA of Korea Tour with 10 outstanding victories. In addition to this, she created a significant impact on the global stage by earning a runner-up spot at the Women’s British Open in 2015 and by grabbing the champion’s title at the LPGA KEB Hana Bank Championship in 2017.

The year 2018 marked a significant year for Ko as she ventured onto the LPGA Tour. She emerged victorious in the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open, becoming only the second player in LPGA history to claim victory in her first tournament as a Tour member.
