Atletic Madrid will be looking to extend their winning run to four games in La Liga when they host Real Betis at Wanda Metropolitano on Sunday night. Both sides recorded victories in their last outings before the international break, with the hosts thrashing Valencia 3-0, while Betis edged past Mallorca 1-0. Atletico have already been eliminated from the European competition and Copa del Rey, therefore Diego Simeone’s side can now fully focus on securing the top four finish in La Liga. Los Colchoneros have lost only one of their last 11 league-games since the turn of the year, winning seven and drawing three during that period. The Greens were knocked out of the Europa League by Manchester United last month , meaning they only have the league to focus on for the remainder of the season. Meanwhile, Los Verderones have been pretty good on their travels in the league, collecting 21 points from possible 39 on the road.
