The final RAW before WrestleMania lived up to its hype and put on a great show. With all the wrestlers performing out of their skin, the fans were treated to some world-class action. From Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns to Seth Rollins and Vince McMahon, the show had it all. In this article, we look back at what we learned from this week’s RAW.

Brock Lesnar is having the time of his life

Ever since Brock Lesnar adopted the farmer from the mid-west persona, he has been enjoying it like never before. In all the previous years, little did we know about Brock’s mic skills because Paul Heyman did the talking for him. It was good but Lesnar was just not able to connect with the crowd.

After Paul Heyman pledged his allegiance to Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar did not have an advocate and had to do all the talking by himself and boy is he enjoying it or what?! He is able to play off the crowd’s reaction, name dropping certain people to get a pop and also cracking some good jokes, Lesnar is killing it on the mic right now. Most fans are shocked at the fact that the Beast is such a good talker. The crowd loves it, Brock loves it and it looks like the WWE loves it. Long may it continue.

Vince confirms Rollins’ status as a superstar

Seth Rollins is a bonafide superstar and we all know that. From his SHIELD days to his epic Money In The Bank cash-in at WrestleMania 31, the architect is A1. So it came as a surprise when it looked like he won’t be getting a place on the WrestleMania card a few weeks ago.

How can the company’s most talented superstar not have a match at the grandest stage of them all? It seemed unfathomable. He tried all the tricks, threatened the management and even wanted to steal matches from other superstars but nothing worked.

But this week, Vince McMahon called Rollins to his office at the WWE Headquarters and told him that even though he has been losing a lot of matches of late, he will get his spot at WrestleMania 38. McMahon also said that a wrestler of the calibre of Rollins deserves the main event spot. He, however, didn’t name his opponent. There is widespread speculation that Cody Rhodes will make his return and face Rollins at Mania and if that happens, that only means that Seth’s status as a superstar was never in doubt despite all his recent failings.

The tag team division steals the show

Raw Tag Team Champions, RK-Bro took on SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos in a match that stole the show even though it ended in a no-contest due to outside interference.

Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura who will fight the Usos at WrestleMania watched the game from ringside. The match had a good flow as the superstars came up with move after move to wow the crowd.

Orton and Riddle took control of the match towards the end and looked like taking the win only for the Street Profits to attack them and cause a disqualification. Nakamura and Boogs also got involved and attacked The Usos. Riddle and Orton ended the night by taking out Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford with RKOs.

It was hands down the best match of the show and the fans got what they wanted on the final RAW before WrestleMania 38.
