WWE NXT began with a review of Bron Breakker’s bout against GUNTHER from last week, culminating in the revelation that Bron’s father was abducted by Joe Gacy. Last week the match was set up and The North American Championship bout between Cameron Grimes and Solo Sikoa got things started in the ring.

As many championships were on the line, this week’s WWE NXT went overboard and everyone fought at their best.

Following the events of the previous week, an angry Bron Breakker stormed forth to the ring.

He declared Rick Steiner is safe at their residence, although he still has to pay the dues to Joe Gacy by giving him a beating. Gacy made an appearance on Titantron to destroy his father’s WWE Hall of Fame ring.

Von Wagner vs. Ikemen Jiro

Ikemen Jiro and Von Wagner took a go at one other. Jiro was able to reach the top thanks to the help of his supporters. Wagner kicked out at the 2-minute mark after Jiro delivered a big Swanton Bomb. Von returned and slammed his boot on Jiro. Von pushed Jiro into the mat for the pin by lifting him onto his shoulders.

Winner: Von Wagner

NXT Women’s Championship match: Mandy Rose (c) vs. Dakota Kai

Kai kicked Rose’s leg out as Dolin and Jayne ridiculed him from ringside, but the Kai-ropractor backfired and Rose slumped. Dolin diverted the referee while Jayne reached between the ropes to give Rose a title belt. Kai then kicked her in the stomach, knocking her to the ground. Rose’s belt was seized by Kai. As Kai spun around with the belt in her grasp, Rose landed a leaping knee to the face to retain the pin in place.

Santos Escobar declined Tony D’Angelo’s offer to present Legado del Fantasma as a truce gift.

Cora Jade then stood firm in her determination to become the NXT women’s title. Before hitting her in the face and putting her in a Sharpshooter, Natalya intervened to inform her she was the future of the NXT women’s division.

Xyon Quinn vs. Draco Anthony

Draco was the first to attack when the bell rung, slamming Quinn to the ground. Quinn lifted Draco and executed his enhanced Samoan Drop in the centre of the ring after trading strikes. Draco regained his feet before Quinn levelled him with his massive right fist.

Quinn smashed Draco down the centre with a right forearm after lifting him up. Quinn regained control of Draco and pinned him with a running forearm for the victory.

When Brutus got a surprise low running clothesline on Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs, they were eliminated. Sanga was undefeated until Brutus lifted him for an Olympic slam and hung him out to dry. Kit Wilson and Elton Prince easily trounced the Creed Brothers, taking advantage of their opponents’ exhaustion. After several kickouts, Pretty Deadly overcame Brutus with Spilt Milk. Pretty Deadly won the Gauntlet Match and became the new NXT Tag Team Champions.
