Omos is expected to meet former two-time WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 38, according to a new report from Fightful.  According to the source, Omos was set to fight Lashley for the first time this weekend. But it didn’t happen this week. Also, it remains unknown on which day of WrestleMania the match will take place.

Moreover, despite sources assuring the site that this is presently the match scheduled for Omos, they have yet to obtain definitive confirmation that Lashley has been cleared for a return to the ring. This comes after Lashley was rumoured to have sustained a shoulder injury during the Royal Rumble performance in January, an ailment that was supposed to keep him out for up to four months.

It must be highlighted that, as stated by the source, WrestleVotes tweeted that Omos was scheduled to compete in a singles bout at WrestleMania against an opponent who “may surprise some people.”

If this match between Omos and Lashley is confirmed, it would be the very first WrestleMania PPV for Omos.

Omos and Lashley WWE run

Over the last two weeks, Omos has been on a tear in WWE, and it’s become evident that the business has huge plans for its newest colossus. Following his easy victory over Commander Azeez on Raw last week, it’s now being rumoured that WWE has a big bout planned for the former Raw Tag Team Champion at WrestleMania 38.

Since his injury last month, the All-Mighty has remained on the sidelines and was expected to miss this year’s WrestleMania.

According to the source, the superstar has not yet been medically cleared, but as of this writing, he is set to confront Omos next month.

Also, Omos is yet another giant who has been given a big push by WWE. If he faces Lashley, it will be one of the greatest matches of his career. If this match is set, then Omos will go to WrestleMania and if I predict, Omos will beat Lashley on WrestleMania 38, as part of WWE’s big push for various superstars.
