And As his name, he was a warrior and never let anybody down. His charisma, in-ring prowess, and mostly his face paint everything was so cool that not remembering such a personality is just impossible. For many new generation wrestlers, The Ultimate Warrior is no less than a god. As he was such an influential and popular wrestler around the globe. Rick Rude’s ring talents let him to carry the Ultimate Warrior to successful matches. Rude was known for having fantastic bouts, thus it was only natural that Warrior would give some of his greatest work while being guided by such a talented individual. Rude’s heel character work also helped Warrior earn more applause from the audience. In the ring, both men developed synergy that resulted in entertaining battles. Warrior’s followers continued to support him as a top star, and Rude did his best to win them over.
The first WrestleMania main match involving two faces was Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 6. Hogan was still on top of the mountain, but Warrior, the Intercontinental Champion, was coming close. WWE decidedthe decision to pit both men against each other for the WWE Championship and the Intercontinental Championship. Warrior came out on top with a clean victory, propelling him to the top of the WWE world. At the time, the tale of the contest made this rivalry unique.
In the aforementioned Ultimate Warrior vs. Sgt. Slaughter Royal Rumble 1991 match, Randy Savage supplied outside intervention, costing Warrior the WWE Championship. Warrior and Savage began a feud, earning a berth in the WrestleMania 7 semi-main event. Their animosity had grown personal enough for them to risk their jobs in a Retirement match. In the ring, Warrior gave the finest performance of his life, simultaneously maintaining with the legendary Savage. If Warrior wins, Savage will begin his shift into a commentator. And thus Savage retired.
