Jonathan Good a.k.a Dean Ambrose was born on December 7, 1985, in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. He is a former WWE wrestler, as well as a film and television actor. He is a well-known American wrestler whose life story will continue to inspire young wrestlers for decades to come. Growing up in a poor Cincinnati area, his only escape from the harsh reality he faced was watching wrestling matches and reading about wrestlers. As he ascended the ladder, Jonathan wowed the world by conquering contest after contest.
He went on to win the WWE World Championship once and the WWE Intercontinental Championship twice. But the greatest delight of his life was purchasing his mother a home away from the public housing where she had spent the most of her childhood. In 2011, Good signed with WWE and began working for their developmental division. In WWE, he was known as Dean Ambrose. In FCW, he had a feud with Seth Rollins, but he lost.
Ambrose battled Seth Rollins on several occasions after The Shield was split. Rollins won thanks to interference from Bray Wyatt at Hell in a Cell, bringing the rivalry to a close. For the next few months, Ambrose and Bray battled it out, with Bray emerging triumphant. Ambrose defeated to Reigns for the vacant WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Ambrose defeated Kevin Owens to win his first Intercontinental Championship at TLC 2015.
The feud with Kevin Owens came to an end at Royal Rumble in a Last Man Standing match. Ambrose handed the championship to Kevin Owens on Raw a few weeks later. At Roadblock, he battled Triple H for the WWE Championship and failed.
Ambrose began his feud with The Bar by teaming up with Seth Rollins, a former shield brother. Seth, Dean, and Kurt Angle joined forces at TLC to take on The Miz, The Bar, Braun Strowman, and Kane. After TLC, Ambrose was injured and had to sit out for 6-8 months.
Ambrose made a comeback a week before SummerSlam and teamed up with Seth Rollins. Dean and Seth won the RAW Tag Team Championships over Dolph and McIntyre. Dean, on the other hand, turned on Seth, igniting their feud. Dean defeated Seth Rollins to win his third Intercontinental Championship at TLC 2018. Bobby Lashley beat him to the title in less than a month. Dean Ambrose’s contract ended on April 30th, 2019.
