Mark Jerold Henry is a famous wrestler, weightlifter, and a power lifter. Henry was a big fan of wrestling right from childhood. Andre was his favourite whom he followed a lot. Henry also played football during his higher school days but had an injury during that time. Henry had got the first lift from his mother when he was in 10 years old. He was studying at Silsbee High School, where he made a world record of 270 kg squat at that age. His interest then grew in this field.

Mark Henry has had a long and illustrious career within WWE. From his time as ‘Sexual Chocolate’ to the best run of his career with the Hall of Pain Henry has done it all in the squared circle. This has resulted in him being involved in a multitude of feuds during his time in the company.

THE UNDERTAKER

Easily the most high profile feud of Mark Henry’s career was against The Undertaker in 2006. Henry ended up facing ‘Taker during the rise of his undefeated streak at WrestleMania 22. But The World Strongest Man was defeated by The Deadman in a Casket Match, unable to end Undertaker’s streak.

However, gaining that exposure against such an icon was clearly the peak of Henry’s career up until that point. It finally put him onto the map as a legitimate badass and would lead to bigger and better things in the future.

RANDY ORTON

This feud was the absolute peak of Henry’s WWE career as he finally secured a World Title. Undertaker helped put him in the Main Event picture whilst the feud with Orton ended up with him becoming World Heavyweight Champion.

Henry won a battle royal to face Orton for the World Heavyweight Title which he ended up winning at the 2011 edition of Night of Champions. Their feud concluded inside Hell In A Cell. It was a solid feud which resulted in the best moment of Henry’s career.

BIG SHOW

Mark Henry and Big Show are two of the best big men in modern wrestling history, therefore, it was natural that the two would feud with one another. In 2011, they were locked in a battle for Henry’s World Heavyweight Championship. They had a match at that year’s Vengeance pay-per-view which resulted in the ring collapsing.

It was a great spectacle which was even further impressive afterwards, as Show was carried out on a truck whilst Henry was punching the EMT’s trying to help him. It was very entertaining to watch and served its purpose.
