The AEW superstar gave a reflection of his interaction with The Beast Incarnate during his Royal Rumble debut in 2020.

WWE champion Brock Lesnar can turn out to be a nightmare for his opponents in the ring. The Beast Incarnate has built a stature that makes him one of the greatest WWE wrestlers of all-time. However, AEW superstar Keith Lee, gave a reflection of his calm demeanor off the ring which is something not many would expect after looking at his hardcore character and storyline on WWE.
Lee had a brief stint in WWE before joining All Elite Wrestling after his 90-day non-compete clause with the company expired. He made his debut at the Royal Rumble in 2020 where Brock Lesnar displayed his dominance. However, once, Lee figured out that Lesnar is easy to approach backstage, he went to him, and sorted things out.
”He’s [Brock Lesnar] always been so cool with me. It’s not something you expect based on specific stories and what have you. The reality was, I didn’t even know I was in the Rumble until like two hours before. They bring in a bunch of people,” Keith Lee said while speaking on Talk is Jericho.
“The entire locker room is full, and I’m like, ‘I don’t want to be in the way.’ You keep your back against the wall, and then you find out you are on. You’re like, ‘Here we go.’ I don’t know what’s going on and then they start sorting out everything and there is a meeting because the Rumble is basically built around Brock. I got to chat with him and we sorted things out.”

Lesnar recently overcame AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Riddle, Austin Theory and Bobby Lashley in the Elimination Chamber 2022 to seal the WWE Champion title for the 10th time in his career. Lashley, who took the title from Lesnar at Royal Rumble, didn’t enter the match due to concussion protocols after being Rollins powerbombed Theory into Lashley’s cell wall which sent him crashing into the metal frame. After he was ousted, Lesnar made light work of the remaining opponents, to claim the title.
He had earlier beaten WWE’s African-American Champions like The Rock (who’s also half Samoan) at Summerslam 2002, Kofi Kingston on SmackDown 1000, Big E at Day 1, before regaining the title from Bobby Lashley at Elimination Chamber.
The Next Big Thing, as Lesner is nicknamed in WWE, made his debut in 2002 after a two-year stint at Ohio Valley Wrestling. It took him no-time to establish his name for the company as he defeated the likes of WWE stars Matt Hardy, Rob Van Dam, Booker T and The Rock to become a RAW sensation.
Lesnar made his first departure from WWE in 2004, as a global star. He, then, returned to the company for a second stint from 2012 to 2020 where he dominated the World Championship. He remains on course to face WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
It was in 2021 that Lesner returned to the company for his third stint sporting a farmer look with a beard and ponytail
