Yuji Nishida is a Japanese male volleyball player. In the Italian Volleyball League, Volley Callipo also signed him. Yuji is well known for his time with the Japanese volleyball team JTEKT Stings. While representing the Japanese team, JTEKT Stings, in volleyball, he became well-known. He also plays volleyball for Japan’s men’s national team. After that, he joined the junior high school club team “NFO Ocean Star,” and in March 2013 the Hokusei district of Mie Prefecture chose him for the U-14 team. He was chosen for the Mie Prefecture selection team that August and participated in the Junior Olympic Cup that was held in December alongside teams from all over Japan. As the best player in that competition, he was given the “Japan Young Club Volleyball Federation Award.”
Nishida was listed as one of the opposing hitters on the Japanese team roster for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, according to the Japan Volleyball Association, and he was also listed on the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League roster. He finished the game with the highest scoring total; Japan defeated Canada’s 3-1 set count with 23 points.
Yuji Nishida has been named the brand ambassador for Zamst, a brand of athletic braces and care products developed in 1993 by Nippon Sigmax Co, Ltd, a medical company that has been developing and manufacturing products for the orthopedics market in Japan for 47 years. Also Nishida announced a partnership with Asics, a Japanese multinational company that manufactures sports equipment, in 2020.
