Gabriel Vaccari Kavalkievicz is a Brazilian indoor volleyball player. He is a wing player. He was selected to play for the Brazilian national team in 2014, and while wearing number 16, he competed in the Saquarema, Brazil, edition of the South American Youth Championship, winning the gold medal. To be ready for the World Youth Championship in Mexico that same year, he was called up to the Brazilian national team for the 2015 campaign. He then participated in the U-21 Pan American Cup in Gatineau, Canada, wearing shirt 16, and winning the gold medal. Nevertheless, he also represented Brazil at the aforementioned Youth World Championship in Tijuana and Mexicali, Mexico, in 2015, donning jersey number 16. 

In the Brazilian Superliga B in 2016, he competed for SESI-SP and finished in second place. In the 2016–17 season, he finished second in the Paulista Championship, third in the Brazilian Superliga, and second in the 2017 Copa Brasil. He was selected for the Brazilian national team to compete in the 2016 U-23 South American Championship in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, winning the gold medal without a loss. As part of the team getting ready for the International Challenge Brazil-Argentina in Videira, then-coach Giovane Gávio called up Vaccari in 2017 in advance of the U-23 World Championship in Cairo, Egypt.

He finished third in the 2017 Paulista Championship during the 2017–18 SESI–SP season and finished second in both the 2017–18 Brazilian Superliga and the 2018 Copa Brasil. Vaccari was selected to compete in the 2019 in 2019. He played his final season for Vôlei Renata during the 2020–21 period, finishing fifth in the Super Vôlei Trophy, winning the 2020 Paulista Championship, third in the Brazilian Superliga A, and competing in the 2021 Copa Brasil. He participated in and won the 2021 League of Nations in Italy for the senior team, as well as the 2021 South American Championship in Brazil. Brazilian medical cooperative and health insurance provider Unimed hired Gabriel Vaccari as a brand ambassador. Furthermore, he represents the Adidas brand as an ambassador, a German company that manufactures athletic clothing and footwear.
