The Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) is all set to conduct the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship 2023, also the 18th iteration of the biennial event. This globally recognized volleyball championship draws participation from the male national teams under 19 from member associations of the FIVB, the global authority on the sport. The tournament is scheduled to take place in San Juan, Argentina, spanning from the 2nd to the 11th of August 2023.
Poland, the reigning champions, will look to defend their title at the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship 2023. The selection of the host nation was announced by FIVB on January 24, 2023, which revealed Argentina as the venue for the 2023 Boys’ U19 World Championship. It will mark the third instance of Argentina hosting this prestigious championship, following their earlier hosting of the tournament in 2011 and 2015. The tournament will witness the participation of 20 national teams, each having earned their place through the qualification process (continental and other events).
