Middlesbrough will be looking to maintain their recent good run of form when they play host to Cardiff City in the EFL Championship. The Tuesday night clash at the Riverside Stadium will see two sides that are lying on the wrong end of the table taking on each other. The weekend matches were postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. Hence, both sets of players will be fresh for the Tuesday night encounter. With not much to separate them on the table, it will be difficult to call a winner in this clash.

There are quite a few players who will be absent for both sides going into this clash.
