The Bees have made a decent start to their new league season, recording two wins and three draws so far. Brentford got the better of Leeds courtesy of Ivan Toney’s hat-trick and one goal each from Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa. The result ended a three-game winless streak in the Premier League for the Bees. Arsenal, on the other hand, have been in stunning form, having won five of their opening six league games so far. In their latest outing against FC Zurich in the Europa League, Mikel Arteta’s side secured the win courtesy of goals from Marquinhos and Eddie Nketiah. Prior to that, the Gunners suffered their only league defeat of the season, against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Although Bukayo Saka canceled out Antony’s opener, Marcus Rashford’s brace helped the Red Devils secure the win.

Brentford duo of Christian Norgaard and Ethan Pinnock are sidelined with injuries. Ivan Toney, who earned his maiden call-up to the England squad for September’s Nations League matches, is likely to lead the line with Mbeumo and Wissa in support. As for Arsenal, Reiss Nelson and Mohamed Elneny are occupying the medical room, while left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko has picked up a fresh muscular problem. Xhaka and Lokonga are expected to pull the strings in the midfield with Gabriel Jesus leading the attack.
