Bayern are currently occupying top spot in the German top flight standings, having taken 59 points from 28 games, just two points clear of the chasing pack. It was Pep Guardiola’s side’s 22nd victory from 30 league-games this term and they are currently sitting at the second spot in the Premier League standings, having collected 70 points, just four adrift of Arsenal, who have played a game more. Cityzens are in stunning form, having won each of their last ten matches across all competitions, while scoring a whopping 37 goals and conceding only four in the process. Meanwhile, Man City failed to win any of their away games in this season’s Champions League group stage against Borussia Dortmund, Copenhagen and RB Leipzig, drawing all three.
