The chapter starts with Yuji determined to destroy Sukuna’s heart. When Sukuna begins his Domain Expansion then he’s shocked to see Gojo but quickly realizes it’s actually Yuta Okkotsu using Gojo’s body, thanks to Kenjaku’s technique.
In a flashback, Yuta comes up with a plan to have Rika devour Kenjaku and copy his Cursed Technique so he can switch bodies. Maki opposes the idea but Hakari suggests they only use it as a last resort. Kusakabe wonders why they can’t just copy Gojo’s Limitless but Shoko explains that it won’t work without the Six Eyes, which Yuta can’t copy. Yuta admits he can only use the ‘Copy’ CT for five minutes and isn’t sure what will happen after that.
Mei Mei explains the risks, Yuta could lose his CT and end up stuck in Gojo’s body forever. Yuta argues that it’s worth the risk if he can’t defeat Sukuna with his own domain. Kusakabe thinks the plan is inhumane but Yuta says they are up against the strongest sorcerer ever and they can’t worry about being humane. Maki expresses concern for Yuta but he points out that Gojo has always carried this burden alone. If no one else is willing to take it on, he will.
The scene shifts to Yuta telling Gojo that he will take his body if Gojo dies, Gojo agrees but cautions Yuta about his messy cursed energy. Gojo then sends his students away but not wanting them to witness the potential bloodshed. He explains that if he loses and the old leaders are gone, Gakuganji will take over the Jujutsu Headquarters and preventing destruction like after the Shibuya Incident.
Amai explains his Cursed Technique, he can amplify and release sugar and Shoko assigns him to the medical team to help support their brains with sugar. Back in the present Yuta has been cut in half by Sukuna and he is rushed to the medical ward. Shoko has stitched up Gojo’s corpse so Yuta needs to switch bodies and use Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT) to fully heal it.
The chapter ends with Sukuna and Yuta (in Gojo’s body) both opening their domains: Sukuna’s Malevolent Shrine and Yuta’s Unlimited Void.
