The WWE’s decision to cancel the highly anticipated Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus’ match at SummerSlam has been defended by Zoey Stark. Lynch not pleased

Stratus and Lynch have been at odds since the WWE Night Of Champions, and many people had predicted that they would square off at SummerSlam. The match will now air on the August 14 episode of Raw, which is produced in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Lynch seemed to express her dissatisfaction at missing “The biggest party of the summer” on social media, but Starks has opted to remove herself from those emotions, asking fans to anticipate the upcoming match.

Triple H is a smart man

The former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion defended the WWE’s choice to omit the match from the broadcast while speaking with Stephanie Hypes of Ten Count. “Hunter [Triple H] is a smart man. There is a reason, guys. He’s not just doing it to screw the women. He’s not. He’s doing it because he wants to make sure Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus have plenty of time to do it. I’m sure there are other reasons that come into play that we’re not even thinking about. When we get the match, and we will, it will be great and we will have plenty of time and it’s going to be a match well worth waiting for.”
