It’s now official that on WrestleMania Saturday, Rey & Dominik Mysterio will face The Miz & Logan Paul in a tag team match.
The storyline between the two began when Miz took a shot at Dominik at WWE Elimination Chamber. Dominik reacted by assisting his father to a singles victory over the former WWE Champion.
The A-Lister naturally took offence to being subject to the numbers game. Instead, he felt he needed a tag team partner as he prepared to face the Mysterios at WrestleMania.
On the Feb. 21 episode of “Miz TV,” he announced that his tag team partner is social media megastar and elder brother of Jake Paul.
Paul’s alliance with Miz comes as a surprise given that the former WWE Champion almost collided with the outspoken boxer on Raw in August.
It does make sense, however, given that both explosive media personalities are proud Cleveland locals.
What’s more, both have been seen as WWE outsiders, and both are known to deploy devious techniques on occasion.

Will the deft combination of Miz and Paul be enough to defeat WWE’s first-ever father/son tag team champions now that the match has been made official? Dominik may be young, but he has swiftly established himself as a true superstar, possessing much of the ultra-athletic skill that his great father has harnessed over the years.
The card for WrestleMania 38 is taking shape. The Miz and Logan Paul teaming up against The Mysterios was expected and is now official.
This match will now take place on the opening night of WrestleMania 38, which is on April 2.
Furthermore, both Women’s Championship matchups will take place on WrestleMania 38’s opening night. So far, the sole official bout for WrestleMania Night 2 is a rematch of the World Championship between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.
