WWE superstar Bianca Belair has headlined WrestleMania, won the women’s Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber matches, and held the Women’s World Titles for both “WWE Raw” and “WWE SmackDown.” What’s next on her list of achievements? starring in a reality series about her marriage to fellow WWE superstar Montez Ford and their daily lives. In a recent interview on “Out of Character,” Belair disclosed that the series is presently in production and talked about how it all came about.

‘The couple was at first hesitant about revealing too’

“It’s been about two years in the making of just talking about it,” Belair said. “We did a sizzle reel where they kind of came at first, two years ago, with the idea of it.” Belair revealed that she initially wasn’t sure about the idea, but they filmed the test reel and the show got picked up as a full series. The couple was at first hesitant about revealing too much of their personal lives to the world, with Belair stating that their family already shares them with the public, but they eventually came around to the idea.”

‘I’m excited for people to see’

“I’m excited, but I’m nervous,” Belair continued. “I never thought I would be someone to do a reality series type of thing. But I’m excited for people to see … how we are outside the ring.” Belair teased what viewers should anticipate from the next series, saying it would feature a mixture of behind-the-scenes video from WWE events as well as brief looks into the stars’ personal lives without disclosing too much.

The series began taping last month during the Royal Rumble, but it is presently unclear how long it will remain, according to the “Raw” Women’s Champion. The first season of Belair and Ford’s reality show will include eight episodes and stream on Hulu.

What To Expect

“I’m married to someone that is my homie and my best friend, and we’re just living life. We try to find the fun moments in everything. Everybody sees us inside the ring, and this is a chance to pull back that curtain and show us outside the ring. Our family is such a huge part of who we are, so include our family in on it. Of course, his tag team partner, Angelo Dawkins, is going to be in it, because we never get alone time because he’s always there. He’s like the brother that I never asked for, but I love him to death. It’s going to be fun. We’re actually going to start filming at Royal Rumble. That’ll be our first episode. We’re going to get a little bit of the WWE world and backstage, but also inside the ring, outside the ring. I’m excited.”
