If Logan Paul devotes himself to wrestling, he may be superior than 70% of all full-time wrestlers, according to Ric Flair. A question regarding Paul was posed to the 74-year-old wrestling icon at the introduction of his Wooooo! energy drink. When asked if Paul could be a successful wrestler in the WWE, Flair unexpectedly ranked the internet sensation among the sport’s finest. “If he committed himself to it, yeah. He’s better than – I think I said it – probably 70% of the full-time guys” Said Flair.
Flair believes there are very few wrestlers who are actual athletes when discussing how the sport has changed since he first became famous at the turn of the 20th century. “I can name three. I can’t name 10. I can name three: Brock Lesner, Kurt Angle, and my daughter. I have a hard time thinking about who are great athletes.”
Flair applauded the YouTube personality for taking up the sport with such fervour, classifying the influencer as one of those truly athletic wrestlers. “What impressed me about him is he’s got balls. To never do it, to just start jumping off a ladder and s— like that and never done that your whole life, it’s a little different”
After being confronted by Ricochet on Monday, the WWE announced that Logan Paul would make a comeback to Raw. The Social Media Megastar said that after Ricochet defeated him on Monday, the wrestler was using him to raise his profile. Paul accepted Ricochet’s challenge to attend the following episode of Raw without hesitation. The match is set to take place in Tampa Bay, Florida, on Monday night (July 24).
